I called for a tow this morning. There was a young man at my house within the hour to assist me. My car wouldn’t start and had to be maneuvered from where it was parked to get onto the tow bed. He was able to safely move my vehicle safely onto the tow truck and to the dealership. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism very much!

Complete Towing offers the same level of respect and courtesy you'd expect from a family member coming to help you out. After a long 16 hour shift as an EMT in the heart of Flint, I found myself stranded. The lady who answered my call was friendly and understanding. The driver was just as good, don't remember the name but his id number was 81 over the radio tonight (7-9-19). I was expecting an outrageous amount. Again was given a reasonable rate for the distance traveled. There's nobody else I will get a tow from whenever I need it. Thank you!

Had a GREAT experience with the dispatch ladies... and the tow guy this past holiday weekend. My lifted Jeep Wrangler blew a tire on the way up north... I changed it to the spare.... then on the way home the other rear tire blew. I was extremely pleased with how professional the dispatch team was late at night, and how promptly they took care of getting my Jeep to a repair shop. They took extra care of my vehicle that would be easy to drag up their truck and mess up. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a tow service.
